Kind of lame, but you couldn't seem to stop listening to it lately. I thought the verse was lyrically lacking, but the chorus made me smile. "Everything's gonna be alright now. Everything's gonna be alright. Get down, stay up all night now. Let's do this one more time. Everything will be alright. Everything will be alright, alright." I didn't think you were referring to the same thing i was thinking of. I thought you just liked the damn song. Until you said "The verse is kind of dumb. But the chorus reminds me of you." Strange how such a common word like "alright" was once comforting and sweet, and is now bitter and ironic. Or is it still alright? i won't know for a few more weeks, at least.
