Someone exists out there

You know the feeling when you see someone you think you've known from somewhere in your life? The lyrics of "You're Beautiful" summarize a man seeing a woman and being captivated by her beauty, but she is with another man, so when she goes off the subway it was the end of the vision, the fantasy of being with her. My situation was in LA in the summer of the year 2000. It would be sort of reversed though since I am a woman. I saw a man in a subway and was so captivated by his beauty. I did not know what to say or do, he was beautiful. I was awestruck. He walked by me, and smiled. He then dissapeared. I never know what would of come of that man if I would have just said something to him, but I sure wish I did. Maybe it was not meant to be, but because I didn't say anything I have to spend the rest of my life sitting and wondering.

I still look back and think about the man I saw in the subway.  Whenever this song comes on I resort back to my memories.  It seems like it just started yesterday, everything that began with seeing the man that walked past me.  I didn't realise it until I heard the song it described my situation to a T.
