Sexy Back holds great memories in my life. The first time I heard the song I was cruising around downtown in Atlanta on the clubbing scene. With the bright lights, big buildings, and fancy cars the song fit in the picture perfectly.
This song could summarize the best summer of my life. An enjoyable time, off from school and work. I was able to kick back and enjoy good times with my friends with good music. Sexy Back is a song we played again and again in my car, we eventually learned every word forwards and backwards (literally). I really remember clearly one night when we went to a downtown venue they were playing this song loud over the speakers. I was drinking a vodka tonic, the first one of my life. It was my 21'st birthday. That was a night I will never forget, with an awesome song included. Sexy back characterizes my youth, and the transition to adulthood. It is a reminder that I am still young at heart. And hell, I'm bringing sexy back.
