We Really Pissed Her Off

LOCATION: Chapman Highway , Knoxville, TN

YEAR: 2008

TAGS: roommates, annoying, best friends

PUBLISHED: July 23, 2008

I remember me and one of my best friends James took my roommate to pick up her boyfriend in Sevierville about and hour away. She was a bitch in general, but this evening she was particularly rude. Jamie picked up some booze on the way so when we returned we could hang out and drink. We didn't end up leaving Knoxville until about 11 that night, so it was after midnight when we got to my roommate's boyfriend's house. Not only did she take her sweet ass time picking her boyfriend up, but we stopped by wal-mart on the way back and she spent over an hour shopping. I popped in the rolling stones for the hour drive back and James knew exactly which song to play first. We played Dead Flowers with the volume cranked up the entire ride back to Knoxville. Me and James sang at the top of our lungs. My roommate was so angry the whole time and kept asking us to play another song, but we just sang louder and rocked out as hard as one can in the car. We dumped her off at our apartment and went over to James' place to drink and listen to Dead Flowers just one more time for the hell of it. It is my fondest memory with him and his incredible ability to piss people off in the funniest ways possible.
