Nipplehead | MEMORY FROM 1986

Just a great song

The first time that I heard this song was like being a blind man seeing for the first time. Incredible lyrics, Johnny Marr's unforgettable guitar riff, Morrissey's haunting voice... How a man could be sooooo miserable yet put those miserable lyrics to an upbeat tempo is beyond me, but it works. When you are feeling down and out, pop in a Smiths CD and listen to someone who has it worse off than you do. It'll sound sappy, but this band and their music catalog are large part of me still being here. Weird huh?
