My family had this hideous little baby-blue toyota stationwagon, and a case full of Chuck mangione.  We set out for a road trip from Los Angeles to Canada...yes a road trip! My dad played Carpenters and Chuck mangione ALL THE WAY THERE!

The song "Feels So Good" was embedded into my head for years to come, and oddly enough it is my absolute favorite song of all time! It is so peaceful and relaxing, the title is a perfect one, "Feels So Good". It really does make you feel good inside.

I then started listening to Chuck more often as I was growing up, and really started to appreciate jazz and classical style music.  I think this song and this artist is responsible for most of my memories as a child. His songs trigger many special moments as a child.

I would endlessly sit in my room and stare out the window overlooking the harbor and listen to Chuck mangione, playing my air trumpet. Good times and great memories...Right On Chuck!
