American Idol 5

I absolutely fell in love with this song when I first heard it on American Idol as their "goodbye song" for Season 5. I thought to myself what a perfect song for that part of the show, when they eliminate contestants. It really shows that even though it seems like the end, you can pick up the pieces and continue on with life, thatis waiting for you.

I later started holding onto this song as my "life song" when it would constantly seem to come on the radio whenever I was having a bad day, something sad happened or whenever I felt discouraged.  It was like a "pshycic song waiting for my bad day to happen! I know whenever times get tough, this song is going to "show up" out of nowhere just to make me smile.

The song has a quality about it that just warms your heart and really makes sense.  Even during bad times, I find myself smiling evertime it comes on the radio. I never went and bought the CD though, and for good reason.  I decided that in order for it to remain that perfect song, I needed to "hear" it at unexpected times, not playing it endlessly on a player.

If I wasn't married already, I would have to marry Daniel for sure, just to have a good day!
