The main memory I have about this song:

Hippies.

I was 10 years old and saw my first hippies at this show.

I was there with my mother and sister, so of course it was a little awkward, but I remember these strange, smelly people next to me, twirling and dancing in the aisles to this song.

Most importantly, I remember being partly shocked, intrigued and disgusted as the breast of this women next to me somehow peeped out through her hemp one-piece dress, through her long hair and right into my line of sight...

My first introduction to long-haired hippies. At 10 years old, Seals and Crofts had QUITE an impact on me, and not because of their music.
