Sade is not a name that I know or knew too well for that matter. Shortly after my husband and I were married, we moved into an apartment. One summer afternoon, my husband starting singing this song about a smooth operator. I would just laugh since he sounded like he was trying to sing like a woman. I kept asking him what the hec he was singing. He told me but I had no idea who he was talking about since I didn't recall ever hearing the song. Just today he sang this song. I laughed and totally had to find out who this person was. He went on to tell me to youtube "Sade", so I did. When it got the chorus smooth operator I just laughed hysterically. The song that I always would hear acapella was now brought to the surface for me. Too funny.
