In His Presence!

    As a christian musician I truly love playing the piano and singing for praise and worship at church.  Singing unto the Lord is what I truly love to do.  Experiencing praise and worship is so important in a christian's walk.

The particular song that really touches my heart is Shout To The Lord by Hillsongs.  As I enter into the Lord's presence while singing this song I feel a true connection and have a sense of peace.  The words are so strong and powerful I cannot help but cry during this worship song.  Worship is supposed to be a time of adoration and intimacy with the Lord.  The world confuses intimacy with just simply a sexual thing.  This is false, intimacy is a deep connection and alone time with the one you love.  The Lord desires this with us.

Shout to the Lord is the type of song where you just truly cry out to him and focus on him.  You put all your burdens aside and just communicate through music.  I remember when I first heard this song it just lifted me to a new level in Him.
