I absolutely loved Sister Act 2: Back In The Habit.  The music in it was so much fun that I had to purchase the movie soundtrack.

When I was a freshman in high school, our high school choir/drama did the movie in the form of a play.  Of course there were slight changes made to add extra flavor and uniqueness.

If you have seen the movie you know that Whoopi Goldberg played the hilarious sister Mary Clarence.  She of course wasn't a real nun in the movie but was originally in hiding from a dangerous ex- boyfriend. This story started in the first installment of the movie.

In the second movie she made a difference with some inter-city children and their musical talents.  In our high school version sister Mary Clarence was played by a guy versus a girl.  It was so funny.  I will never forget how he just added his own ideas on how the character should be portrayed.

My role was "Tanya" in the movie who was nervous to sing at first but then really let it loose.  When we did the Joyful, Joyful scene, that was the most fun.  We learned the exact moves as the movie and just lip synced the whole song which was what made it funny.  I had such a good time with my friends it's definitely a memory I will never forget.
