Gotta love Grease!

      So I have to be honest when I say that I didn't fully see the movie Grease all the way through until I was a senior in high school.  Oh I know crazy right?  Well it was at our senior class's all night rockathon that we watched this movie along with many others.  We were raising money for our senior trip.  Rocking all night in a chair was one way we were going to do just that.  We had sponsors for a certain amount of time that we were willing to rock.

Anyways, it was a chance to watch some fun movies and Grease was one of them.  I have to say that I was totally taken with Hopelessly Devoted to you by Olivia Newton-John.  Her voice was and is so amazing.  Such a crisp, clean and clear voice. It just sounded so innocent and perfect.  I later bought the soundtrack just because I loved most of the songs on there.

I would play back this particular song and sing with it over and over until my voice matched her style.  As a singer this was always fun to try and play with.  It was cute watching her walk around someone's yard in her pajama's singing this song to her beloved Danny!  May sound cheesy but I just loved it!
