MistakesLOCATION: Inside my heart, U.S.AYEAR: 2008TAGS: staind, it's been awhile, life lessons, mistakesPUBLISHED: February 1, 2008I've made alot of mistakes in my life. For the sake of privacy, and time I won't go through each and every one of them for you. For the purpose of this memory, I think it is just important that I can remember them. I think it was Robert Frost who desribed it best; " Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both and be one travelor long I stood and looked down one as far as I could until it bent in the undergrowth."- The Road Less Traveled. Some might say the path I took was the one less traveled. Some might say we've all made mistakes. I beleive that all of the choices I've made have molded me into the person I am today. I was deeply touched the very first time I heard It's been awhile by Staind. It is always in the aftermath of my worst mistakes that I am reminded of this song. It is also when I hear this song that I am reminded of the sadness I bear for the pain that I've caused.
