Over the years, I have had several exercise routines based on specific albums. I would create my own routine to fit with the music I chose and use it to either lose weight or gain fitness. The very first album I used for this was during my teenage years when I obtained a vinyl of the Seekers.

The first song was Georgy Girl, a good tune to move to. Looking back, although I recall a few other songs from the album, this song is the only one I can actually recall my movements to. I would lie on the floor, curled up in a ball, legs tucked in under my arms, and I would roll in time to the music. I rolled back and forth to the entire song without pausing.

Every so often, at the end of a musical section, I would roll right up and over my shoulders and land on my knees behind myself. I would then shuffle forwards a few feet and roll up again. If I was feeling exceedingly fit and energetic, or if a parent was passing by and might see, I would indulge even more in these flip overs to show off. My main reason being to show that I was fit and active. It often exhausted me, because I went at quite a pace.

I cannot recall what moves I made to the rest of the record, but I know that Georgy Girl got my most energetic moves. I must have tired to slower moves for the rest of the record, I am sure. I can recall being breathless at the end of that song every single time I used it for my exercise routine.
