madeliaette | MEMORY FROM 2004 Net surfing for new musicLOCATION: home , wollongongYEAR: 2004TAGS: LOTB, internetPUBLISHED: April 2, 2008One of the first bands from San Francisco that I heard was The Last Of The Blacksmiths. I was starting to take an interest in the area's bands and sampling various links to band websites listed on Myspace profiles, as well as songs played on the Bay Area internet radio station at Halfmile.com. I had suddenly caught the taste for the music from this city and could not get enough of it. I tried this band and that, until four years later, here am I, thoroughly addicted to SF underground music!
