I have heard Billy Joel throughout my life but to be honest I have never really paid any attention to his work. I heard most of his work on the radio, but since I was musically challenged till a few years ago I never realized how well I liked him.

Piano Man was brought to my attention by my boyfriend. We would just sit in the random of places and he would start singing; and even though I have to say that he does not have the best music voice in singing the fact that he was able to sing the whole either song without really much of a mistake just made it special. It was strange because I knew that he was not singing to me but I always dreamed that he was. I enjoyed him singing that now whenever he starts to sing I go home and listen to the version that Billy Joel sang.

The original song is using a piano and a harmonica and the voice that is singing is Billy Joel its perfect, just perfect. The song is really relaxing and is really entertaining to sing along to. Billy Joel just has a voice that makes the song sweet and the lyrics are just are also really sweet. Even though the song does not have any special sound effects and it is not as complicated as most songs are it just always brings a smile to my face.
