Detective Conan

In 2001, an anime series entitled “Detective Conan” was very popular in the Philippines. My classmates would usually go straight to their homes after class in order to watch this anime. Even my younger siblings, who usually play after school, would not want to miss this series. In fact, they would buy a DVD just to complete the story. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to buy the complete all the episodes and wasn’t able to finish the story until now.

“Detective Conan” is a story of a high school detective named Shinichi Kudo. His father is a novelist while his mother is a retired actress. One day, in the middle of a case, he saw two strange men wearing in black. After his case was solved, he followed the other man. Unfortunately, the other one saw him and drink him something. When Shinichi woke up, he realized that his body shrunk. His friend, Professor Agasa, advised him to stay in Ran’s father. Ran is Shinichi’s childhood friend and her father, Kogoro Mouri is a detective. A lame detective actually. With the help of the professor’s inventions, he was able to solve case without the knowledge of the men who works in a secret and dangerous organization. Shinichi use Kogoro as his dummy in solving cases. That’s where the real adventure begins
