Case of Mistaken Identity

I grew up with the band. My dad used to be their travel agent, and looked almost identical to Bun E Carlos. Needless to say growing up in Madison, we would be out and about and people would often mistake him for Bun E. He was told to always go along with it which he did on numerous occasions. None more memorable than when we were attending a KISS concert where we met the late Eric Carr. He thought my Dad was Bun E, my dad went along with it. We were sitting on the side of the stage listening to the opening act when Eric Carr came running up to apologize (someone had told him who my dad was). That was one of the more memorable events of my early childhood.
