Sophomore year, new school, commuting from Concord to Danville every day. Classroom was a geodesic dome behind the gym. Small, clay-spattered radio was tuned to KSAN. This song came on and the the two harsh distorted chops at the start immediately made me a serious rock'n'roll fan. Â
