Concert w/ 3 Generations of RodfansLOCATION: Molson Amphitheatre , TorontoYEAR: 2005TAGS: FamilyPUBLISHED: August 16, 2008This was the second time I saw Rod Stewart, but by far the better time. I was there with both my parents, as well a my nan. Basically, we had three generations of lifelong Rod Stewart fans. As he did with the first time we had seen Rod, he opened the concert with this song. Because of the fact it was a show in an amphitheatre, we were out under the stars in late summer/early fall in a pleasantly cool environment. Everything just clicked; the song, the family, the atmosphere...it just worked out. The family was having a good time together and everybody around us seemed to be having a good time. This song is already a powerful one from a strong release, but in that environment it seemed to be amplified. Just a good family memory.
