About this Artist

Sick Of It All

Hardcore punk act Sick of It All are one of the most popular and long-running bands from the infamous NYHC scene. The band released their debut EP in 1986, just after the original explosion of Big Apple hardcore in the early '80s. One of several bands to follow in the footsteps of the Cro-Mags, Sick of It All's sound is marked by a distinct heavy metal influence, and they are often considered one of the very first metalcore acts. The socially conscious band has been together for over 20 years, and remain one of the biggest bands in the hardcore underground. Sick of It All released DEATH TO TYRANTS, their ninth full-length album, in 2006.
